As a little girl, I always pictured myself as a business owner and thankfully, I had the privilege to learn and grow under my parents who have inspired me to go my own way.
in 2016 I came across a retro food trailer that I could not stop thinking about. The trailer was named ‘Holy Crepe’ and at the time, I had full intentions to make crepes... until I realized I had to be the worst crepe-maker EVER! After a few stressful giggles and some brainstorming, my momma came up with the name
Donut Darlin’ and I instantly knew it was meant to be!
Donut Darlin's first event was at the College Station Police Station (lol). Since then, Donut darlin' has the pleasure of serving for all kinds of events and parties! follow @donutdarlin and @the__donutdiary to get updates on our next community events!
I hope that my story can inspire young entrepreneurs to take the risk and follow their dreams. If you have drive and passion, there is nothing stopping you from doing truly amazing things. I plan to use this construction degree of mine from Texas A&m to build a mini donut drive-thru in College Station, Texas!
Stay tuned and remember... You can’t buy happiness,
but you can buy donuts and that’s kind of the same thing.
